The Modern Mgmt of IT Advisory Sales Leader for North America will drive sales for HP Modern Mgmt of IT and Microsoft Professional Services across clients in North America. Modern Mgmt of IT Advisory encompasses: Compute client Infrastructure tools, Application Stack, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Audit and Cloud as it relates to Microsoft Enterprise environments for HP clients. The Modern Mgmt of IT Advisor is part of a fast growing and exciting worldwide team supporting HP account teams in new and existing opportunities. This position will work within HP's Professional Services, Personal Systems and Microsoft Services Eco-System to drive HP's Modern Management & Personal Systems Leadership and develop new Professional Services business.

The successful candidate will be an expert in Microsoft environments and Strategies with a client-facing, consultative approach to help clients achieve their Modern Management goals and position HP's Modern Mgmt of IT Professional Services and Solutions.

Modern Mgmt Advisor focus:

  • Drive HP Modern IT Professional Services across Enterprise and Public Sector clients in North America.

  • Collaborate with client experts to solve Modern IT challenges across their Enterprise infrastructure.

  • Partner with HP Professional Services Product and Delivery teams to enhance and grow HP's Modern IT and Microsoft Services offerings.

What the Modern Mgmt Advisordoes at HP:

  • Drive engagement with clients to ensure HP Modern Mgmt Leadership and establish the value and differentiation of HP Modern Mgmt Solutions and Professional Services

  • Enable HP account teams to establish HP's Modern Mgmt differentiation and position HP Professional Services for Modern Mgmt of IT.

  • Partner with HP Personal Systems, WS and Microsoft solutions teams to drive compelling and differentiated Modern Mgmt Strategy.

  • Demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with internal customers and effective management of sales programs and initiatives.

  • Create innovative solutions to complex client issues using a consultative approach.

  • Value strong working relationships and teamwork across a variety of teams and global regions to reach common milestones and fuel profitable growth

Individuals who thrive in this role at HP will have:

  • Customer-facing Modern Mgmt and Microsoft experience

  • Enterprise sales experience

  • Microsoft certifications (examples, Certified Microsoft Windows Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certification, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Azure Infrastructure SolutionsDesign or equivalent certifications)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in cross-functional programs

  • Prior Microsoft and Modern Mgmt experience or experience with enterprise solutions

  • Collaborative mindset and strong partnership skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role is $147,950.00 -- $227,850.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
