This is a job for a RN, CNA Program Coordinator (PT) position with the company located in the Crystal Springs, MS area.

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing oversight of the C.N.A. training program. Collect and maintain all data relating to student performance and outcomes. Ensures quality programming that provides students with industry-recognized training and credentials. Provides transitional support leading to quality full-time jobs, higher education, military, or advanced training. Identifies and develops Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

Qualifications:

Current MS RN License (good standing) required. Minimum 2 years or direct nursing experience with a minimum of 2 years provided in a long-term care facility. Must meet (1) one of the following requirements:

Successful completion of a three (3) semester credit course on adult teaching and learning concepts offered an accredited post-secondary educational institution; OR

Completion of a 40-hours continuing education program in adult teaching and learning concepts that was awarded continuing education credit by an accredited organization; OR

One year of full-time or 1500 hours experience teaching adults as a faculty member or clinical education; or,

One year of full time or 1500 hours experience supervising nursing assistants, either in addition to or concurrent with the one year of long-term care experience required.
