Organization Description:

Vecinos is a non-profit, 501(c)3 Free Clinic dedicated to delivering bilingual integrated primary and behavioral healthcare services. Our comprehensive approach includes mobile clinic services, health education, and case management. We serve uninsured, low-income adults residing in the far-western counties of North Carolina. Purpose:

The Clinical Operations Director serves as a vital member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. They collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and Medical Directors to provide oversight for Vecinos integrated clinical and behavioral health services. The primary objective of this role is to make well-informed, strategic, and efficient decisions to advance the organization and clinic's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
