We are looking for an excellent experienced Diesel Forklift Mechanic that is looking to make a difference and work in a fully stocked warehouse. Job duties include fixing and maintaining forklifts around the warehouse area. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years experience working on Forklifts or Diesel Trucks. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Technical knowledge of major vehicle systems and diesel equipment

• Confident in reading electrical schematics

• Understanding electrical circuits

• Knowledge of air and Hydraulic brakes, trouble shooting and repairs

• Knowledge of suspensions & steering, trouble shooting and repairs

• Computer skills for basic data entry into database

• Ability to use computer to diagnose vehicle systems

• Understanding and ability to use hand tools

• Ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve with a high level of patience

• analytical, electronic and mathematic skills
