A family-owned and managed business, known for producing high quality products, while embracing environmentally sustainable practices, needs an experienced Welder to join their growing team. The company is located in Fowler, CA. They would like for you to have 5 years of expereince with MIG, TIG and Stick with Fabrcation experience as well.

salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Assembling pieces of metal together or repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metal into shape.

Their duties include reviewing blueprints, cutting metal into the appropriate shape and smoothing molten metal to remove creases.

Reading blueprints and schematics, aligning components and using hand tools or machines to complete the assembly process.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
