As a Dietary Aide at Dycora, you'll have a lot on your plate but will be immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment to help you serve our patients' every dietary need and desire. In this role, your work will lead to tasty and nutritious meals for our patients in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications. Maintaining an interdepartmental and collaborative work environment will guarantee your success in effectively implementing individualized nutritional plans and ensuring personalized and holistic care for our patients.   • Assist cooks with food production

  • Follow menu and production sheets in the daily preparation of meals

  • Maintain assigned stock and ensure proper rotation of product within assigned area of operation

  • Maintain established standards for station and equipment cleanliness

  • Operates cash register


  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years food service experience

  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

  • Ability to relate positively with customers, vendors, and co-workers

  • Ability to read and write English

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information

  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

  • Meet all local health regulations

  • Ability to relate positively with customers, vendors, and co-workers

  • Mobility, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 pounds), fine hand coordination, ability to read and write, the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and directions, ability to travel, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
