Registered Dietitian

Location: Marysville, OH

Full-time, 40 hours/wk

Hours: M-F 7:30a-4p **Shifts will vary dependent on business needs and scheduled consultations.

In this role, you will support a large blue collar/white collar population for an automotive client through one-on-one and group counseling to facilitate nutritional and health behavior change while also supporting health promotion activities across multi-state account locations. Integration and collaboration with both onsite fitness services and injury prevention services and the ability to maximize engagement and align outcomes will be key to successfully meet the client’s overall program objectives, all while assuring customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinates the planning, marketing, promotion and delivery of health promotion and wellness programs including health awareness and educational campaigns, behavior change programs, and health assessments at all designated client locations.

• Interacts directly with client employees approximately 70% of the time; facilitates individual and group behavior change programs including health improvement programs, one-on-one health coaching, and meeting presentations.

• Promotes and markets the wellness program effectively to target populations, increasing participation in programming.

• Collects and evaluates program data and generates outcome focused management reports based on the identified business plan goals and objectives.

• Maintains accurate records and ensure confidentiality of data collected through counseling service delivery and health promotion activities.

• Integrates effectively and seamlessly with client health partners including safety and other employee health-related departments. Participates in partner meetings to maximize program exposure.

• Contributes to the business planning and health promotion/wellness intervention process.

• Represent HealthFitness in client sponsored events and activities as applicable.

• Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Nutrition.

• Licensed Registered Dietitian for state of OH.

• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to start date, if not current.

• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

• Strong technical skills with proven ability to use and conduct presentations in-person and on different virtual platforms; technical savvy to think fast and troubleshoot issues.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to each plant location in OH including limited overnight travel (OH plants located approximately within 30-45 minute drive of Marysville.)

• Ability to work a variety of work hours/shifts (as early as 5:30a and as late as 7p).

• Skills in quality orientation and attention to detail.
