Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing home facility. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, ensuring high-quality care for our residents and compliance with regulatory standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar role. Three years prior experience preferred in long-term care & assisted living. - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field - Valid MN Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Health Services Executive (HSE), & Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) - Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations, policies, and procedures - Excellent leadership and management skills - Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, staff members, and external stakeholders - Experience in managing budgets and financial resources - Knowledge of care planning processes and medication administration protocols Responsibilities: - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the nursing home - Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff members - Create and maintain care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met - Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure proper medication administration and healthcare services - Monitor resident satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements - Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve operational goals - Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents - Implement programs and activities to enhance the quality of life for residents, including dementia care and senior care services - Advocate for resident rights and promote a safe and supportive environment We offer competitive compensation packages along with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, Simple IRA retirement match up to 3%, paid time off, holiday pay, and professional development opportunities.
