Global dynamic finance company is expanding and seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in its North Miami headquarters. This attorney will have 3+ years’ experience handling credit-related work, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, compliance, corporate governance and reviewing and negotiating contracts. Position is 100% on-site with a business casual family friendly collaborative office environment. Requirements

Requirements:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Member of the Florida Bar.

· 3+ years of corporate experience at a reputable law firm, focused specifically on corporate and corporate finance.

· Experience with credit products, loan transactions, factoring and knowledge of Article 9 of UCC is a plus.

· Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
