Manage the operation of the Dietary Department to include staffing, food ordering and preparation , food delivery and clean-up in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations. Plan Dietary services, Supervise food preparation, Unit and Supervision Management. Mus have relate experience (3-5 yrs.) ata level necessary to accomplish the job. Mus hold or be capable of aquiring certificates required by the state (Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietician).
