Assessment & Referral Counselor – Remote Nights

10:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.

The Assessment & Referral Counselor is responsible for:

  • Conduct Mobile Assessments and review for clinical disposition

  • Crisis Intervention

  • Triage as needed

  • Completes assessments and provides referrals if necessary

  • Interface closely with Medical Staff, Treatment Team, and Managed Care Organizations

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field; or be a

  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Indiana

  • Computer proficiency

  • Good listening and communication skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Good time management skills

  • Have the ability to work independently
