Community Horizons is assisting with the recruitment process of an in-home caregiver for a fellow community member. Start slowly while building a wonderful rapport with the individual, as the relationship grows, so do your hours! Hours: Wednesdays 10:30a-1:00p/Fridays 6p-8p (will lead to additional/ weekend hours) Pay: \$16-\$17 per hour Tasks include but are not limited to: Dressing Showering Transfers with ceiling lift Personal cares Meal/snack preparation Activities/ Companion Care Building a positive, sustainable relationship Ideal Candidate: Healthcare experience preferred (will train the right individual) Great sense of humor Understanding and Compassionate Christian Reliable transportation/valid driver\'s license Must pass Wisconsin background check. Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-direct) throughout Wisconsin.
