Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of the nursing home facility, including operations, budgeting, and resident care

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and resident rights

• Manage and supervise staff members, including nurses and support staff

• Collaborate with medical professionals to develop care plans for residents

• Ensure proper medication administration and adherence to prescribed treatments

• Monitor the quality of care provided to residents and implement improvements as needed

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations

• Handle any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families in a timely and compassionate manner

• Valid NYS license as a Nursing Home Administrator

• Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care facility

• Strong knowledge of home care regulations

• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills

• Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff members and collaborate with medical professionals
