A Registered Nurse Unit Manager oversees our subacute and long-term care units, assesses residents, and supports/directs staff as needed. Unit managers are responsible for managing the nursing unit. They primarily supervise the daily care of patients and ensure quality patient care. Requirements: NYS Registered Professional Nurse Licensure Skills needed to perform job: Experience in long-term care (preferred) Ability to supervise and work well with and show respect toward other health care personnel (i.e., CNAs, LPNs, physicians, etc.), residents, and their family members Able to interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions Must be flexible, punctual, professional and reliable

Shift, Salary, and Benefits: This is a full-time position and the shift varies, $83,850 to $92,625 yearly, Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, and 401K/Retirement.
