Aston Carter HR Assistant in Stockton, California

Description:

This role is in support of the HR and recruiting team. Will be responsible for a multitude of administrative tasks, new hire on boarding, conducting career fairs, checking reference checks and reporting.

Responsibilities:

and all administrative support for the HR team and recruiting team:

complete employee orientations, employee on-boarding, performing reference checks, schedule interviews for the team, schedule & track drug and medical screenings etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ YOE in Excel

Must have 1 + YOE of Administration experience

Have an interest in human resources!
