Responsibilities

• Supervises the effective planning, coordination and orientation of medical students and residents.

• Manages and supervises medical student coordinator and CME coordinator.

• Provides quality workflow assessments that evaluate proficiency of faculty oversight to completion of resident files to administration.

• Processes medical student applications and resident applications and scheduling rotations in the various departments/divisions with the clerkshipcoordinators.

• On boards students upon arrival including but not limited to general orientation requesting computer/systems access securing ID badges etc.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in health care or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operational areas of hospitals and familiarity with the operation of Telemedicine equipment and specialized clinical equipment and accessories.

• Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality regulations regarding all patient and company information.

Pay Range

$36.96 - $53.60 /hour
