The Rocky Mountain Home Care in Vernal, UT is seeking to Hire two (2) Full-time CNA Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care to travel Uintah & Duchesne County.

Working hours will be from 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $15-$18 with benefits.

Job Description:

-Providing quality and safe delivery of personal care services (Showers, bath, housekeeping, vital signs) to individual on home health, hospice, and /or personal cares

• Must be able to check vital signs. On the job training provided as needed.

• Must be able to operate an iPad or work from personal phone.

• Must have 6 years of experience.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be certified

• Have have driving license and a personal vehicle.
