JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for providing customers, sales, and operations staff with operational support and guidance through product and technical knowledge. Job duties include but are not limited to: - Performing Quality Control Duties as Needed and Assigned such as slump tests, air tests, and concrete temperature readings at Plant and/or customer job sites. - Inspect, sort, sample, or weigh material - Direct the operation of a ready-mix concrete plant including the supervision of mixer drivers and plant maintenance to ensure quality and timely delivery of concrete to customers. - Safety - Operations - Maintenance - Production - Inventory Control - Environmental Compliance - Support and Supervision of the Plant Employees ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: General Qualifications: - Mechanical Skills - Computer Knowledge - Effective Communication Skills - Good Aptitude for Logistics, Planning, and Scheduling - Basic Mathematical Skills - Valid Driver\'s License Knowledge of the following is a plus, but not required: - Concrete raw-material properties and characteristics - Concrete performance and properties - Mix designs ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: Any of the following offices are available for an applicant to fill out an application on-site.
