JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS(Note: The job functions relate to the job, not the individual) Maintain compliant process safety management program Monitor and maintains EHS Compliance Complete Tier II, stormwater, and wastewater reporting Manage industrial Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste Interact with all employees in a cooperative and effective manner Ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all EHS programs, maintain all necessary documents, and perform necessary analysis to make viable suggestions for improvements in the current programs or systems Conducts thorough and effective incident investigations to include root cause analysis, providing recommendations for solutions and prevention of future accidents Coordinate with Director of Environmental Health, Safety, and Security and Engineering Director on all design and construction of new equipment, facilities, and processes to ensure safe and ergonomically sound working environments Actively participate as Chairperson of the Safety Committee Assist in the development of EHS training programs and conduct all safety training for employees Maintain up to date knowledge on all safety Department of Transportation (DOT) and...
