JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location Arlington, MN Address 708 Chestnut Street Arlington, MN 55307 Description High Island Creek Residence is a 13-Person Residential Home for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. HICR is looking for an individual who is compassionate with a caring demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to assist transporting and attending residents to and from their Medical appointments. Primary responsibilities of this position include but not limited to: Transport residents to and from medical appointments using company vehicle Attend appointment with the resident Provide and return any necessary paperwork to and from appointment Assist them with any needs while on the appointment (i.e. using the restroom, snacks, dressing and undressing for medical purposes) Relay any pertinent information to HS/DSP staff upon appointment completion Qualifications Previous experience working with individuals with a Developmental or Intellectual Disability preferred Comfortable driving in all weather Over the age of 18 (due to vehicle operating restrictions) Benefits Set your own schedule Earn money with our 401k company match Need more information?
