Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Woodland Hills, California. This role will focus on managing all aspects of the assigned property portfolio, from operations and financial tasks to building relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors. The position will also involve overseeing tenant improvements, managing service contracts, and making recommendations based on property inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned property portfolio, including operations and financial activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.

• Oversee service contracts and tenant improvements.

• Conduct property inspections and make recommendations based on findings.

• Utilize YARDI for property management tasks.

• Use Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for various administrative tasks.

• Participate in capital improvement projects when necessary.

• Communicate effectively at all levels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

• Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and tenant reconciliations.

• Utilize skills in Commercial Property Management, Property Accounting, Real Estate Accounting, MS Excel, and Commercial Real Estate. Requirements • Must have a Bachelors / Honours Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Requires proficiency in MRI software.

• Experience in Commercial Property Management is essential.

• Must have skills in Property Accounting.

• Real Estate Accounting experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

• Must have experience in Commercial Real Estate.
